Made in China? No, just in cooperation with EA Sports

This is the news nobody actually has waited for. Chau Le, the one who has been developing the Creation Centre for years, finished next version of the software. We do not recommend downloading this utility, because of all bugs the previous utilities by this author have. We are not sure if this program is worth downloading at all.

However, in spite of everything, this is the tool for FIFA 2005, one of many. It may be not the best, but it gives you an opportunity of editing some features in the game: adding new teams, leagues, players, kits, faces, banners, team chants, and music.

P. S. Additionally, to work in the latest CC, you have to download Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, which has size of about 23 Mb (if you have not gotten it yet).
