Time goes by…

We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day.

Time, just like fortune, is quite a strange creature. It may crawl and run, an hour may seem both century and a moment for different people. A year may seem a handle of opportunities for one and just another 365 days of nothing special for another.

A New Year for many is now more a checkpoint rather than a great miracle. Those many do not believe in miracles. They suppose that life would just go on, suppose that old good Santa is just for children. They are right in a certain way; these days you have to make up the things around you yourself. They are wrong in another.

Do you still believe in miracles? In Santa from Laplandia, or another mythic character with a beard and lots of presents? You may, or you may not. Those many who don’t they’re wrong, because they’ll have to. Because it’s really impossible to stay alive without the faith. At least, when they have children, they’d be forced to believe ;)

This year was cool for some of you, was a bit less for others. But no matter what happened 365 days before. What would happen in the upcoming 365 days – that’s the thing that really matters. And these would certainly be great another 365 days. Just because they would be :)
